Support and participate actively in HRA projects such as salary benchmarking exercise, annual performance management, exercise, annual salary and position review, bonus and annual wage supplement, salary proposals, surveys, group insurance policies and flexi benefits, employee engagement activities, survey analysis etc.
Assist in reviewing, developing, implementing HR policies, Employee Handbook, best practices and programs in accordance with prevailing Singapore statutory requirements and guidelines
Handle staff recruitment and selection, new employee induction/orientation, off-boarding procedure, exit interview
Administer training process such as Annual Training Program, training enrolment and payment, maintain training records, post-training evaluations, database and records
Support in overseas recruitment management matters, such as relocation and repatriation
Ensure accurate and timely update and maintenance of employees information in HRIS system in line with regulatory requirements
Provide support in staff claim verifications, employees\' leave updating etc
Provide support in office administration such as hotel/flight bookings, company monthly billings, drivers dispatch duties, office and stationeries supplies, mailing and courier etc
Prepare and submit monthly HR reports, and statutory related surveys such as MOM survey.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
At least 3 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
Knowledge in payroll software
Knowledge in employment act and income tax rules and regulations
Possess good communication, analytical and presentation skills
Able to work independently as well as part of the team
Positive attitude, self-motivated, meticulous and take initiative in work assigned.
