Maintain, manage and update staff records in HR System . Recruiting of all positions including client's placement . Conducting of new hires orientation . Maintaining of employees' personal, employment records and employees' personal file . Processing of monthly payroll and the submission of CPF . Managing of all non-local visa matters . Filing of employees' income tax . Administering of employees' benefits entitlement such as medical leaves. . Reviewing and renewing of company group insurance needs such as Work Injury Compensation, Foreign Medical Insurance and Hospitalization & Surgical . Handling of employees' insurance claims and work injury compensation matters . Driving the yearly performance and salary review exercise . Overseeing and developing the yearly training and development programmes for employees . Organizing welfare activities and employees' engagement events . Resolving the grievances and queries of employees . Conducting exit interviews and managing the exit clearance of employees . Developing appraisal system . Developing questionnaires for interviewer . Preparing of local statutory surveys and questionnaires .
