The Opportunity

• Opportunity to join a Stat Board for good exposure!
• 9 months contract (subject to renewal/conversion depending on performance)
• Salary: Up to $4.8k
• Location: Novena
• Hybrid work arrangement

• Learning & Development: Assist with programme coordination, communications (e.g., EDMs, collaterals), attendance tracking, registration, budget monitoring, and learning-related projects.
• Performance Management: Support the performance cycle, including appraisal coordination, training sessions, documentation, and data handling.
• Compensation & Benefits: Assist with review exercises, benefits administration, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
• Competency Framework: Support competency mapping, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and related admin tasks.
• Project Coordination: Provide admin and coordination support for HR projects and committees, including meetings, documentation, communications, and tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Business/HR or equivalent
• Meticulous with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience in workday will be an added advantage
