Overview
As part of the team, you will primarily focus on talent acquisition as well as learning & development. You shall take ownership in utilising continuous improvement tools to constantly seek for improvement in order to stay relevant, and to provide an effective and efficient HR service system to the business. You will also partner with managers to understand their issues especially with regards to talent acquisition and development concerns, business needs, and to provide proactive feedback, information and analysis which will help them to make better informed business decision.
