Serve as a strategic HR partner to department leaders in manpower planning and human capital matters.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees.
Drive talent development efforts, including performance review processes, learning initiatives, and staff engagement programs.
Advise on HR guidelines and practices while ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
Manage general HR operations such as employee data maintenance, HR reporting, and contract administration.
Promote positive staff relations and contribute to initiatives that strengthen organizational culture.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner role.
Solid experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee development.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Well-versed in Singapore's employment legislation and HR best practices.
