What requirements you\'ll need to be eligible

  • 5 years of experience in HR Generalist ideally from retail industry with HR experience in South East Asia and Pacific is preferred
  • University graduate in Human Resources, or relevant disciplines
  • Payroll experience is a must
  • Good retail network, able to obtain real life data through connections
  • Familiar with Singapore/Australia Employment Ordinance and related regulations
  • Able to communicate well and deliver messages on behalf of the company/employees, with both internal and external customers
  • Open, approachable, a team player, think outside the box, a business-first mindset

What you\'ll be doing on the job

General Objectives

Support HR Director in all aspect of human resources management, including recruitment/talent management, on boarding, compensation and benefits administration, employee engagements, payroll processing. Support the establishment HR policies and procedures..

Key Responsibilities
  • Post openings, source candidates and screen applications for all positions as assigned
  • Prepare contracts/offer issuance, and other on boarding matters, e.g. draft announcement, orientation programs, etc.
  • Manage country specific compensation and benefits administration
  • Support the day to day HR operations, including but not limited to employee record maintenance, email account setup, onboarding setup
  • Visa application
  • Processing of region payroll with the external vendors in Singapore and Australia
  • Manage monthly payroll reports
  • Take part in market surveys, e.g. compensation surveys, benefit surveys, market intelligence reports, etc
  • Ensure all data in Global HRIS is updated timely
  • Ensure employee records are regularly updated
  • Assist in salary review, bonus, performance and Budgets/Forecasts analysis
  • Propose initiatives that involve budgets for consideration
