Job Description
ur client is a global MNC in the Engineering in industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join their team , in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area.
Duties:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff exit processes Coordinate employee orientation, confirmation, and documentation Handle work pass matters and support performance appraisals Maintain employee records and leave tracking Prepare payroll data for review Solve employee concerns and promote workplace harmony
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR generalist experience Minimum Diploma in HR and any relevant field.
