Job Description
A newly created role for Singapore as this global pioneer in medtech looks to further growth across APAC. They are an established MNC listed in the US and have grown in APAC via measured acquisition and launch of new products. This role has been created in the context of adding commercial HR partnering to the regional leadership team and standardization of all people processes across the region.
Supported by a small regional HR team of generalists in key markets and the existing CoE structure:
- You will ensure all current processes from talent acquisition to onboarding to talent management are aligned with global protocols.
- You will also be empowered to ensure global processes make sense in a local context.
- You will support managers with their people decisions and focus on creating a culture of inclusion and continued learning.
- You will provide the regional leadership team with reporting and analysis to enable commercial decisions aligned to the people agenda.
