The Senior HR Manager is responsible for providing HR leadership for the new Singapore site creation/standup and full implementation and execution of all HR-related site activities. You will lead the areas of Human Resources practices, processes, and objectives to drive an associate-oriented high-performance and engaged culture while working with the leadership team to drive and deliver value to the organization and drive decision-making processes .
You will be reporting to the Sr. HR Director, Pall SEA and be based in the Benoi Singapore Manufacturing site. Under the Human Resource business unit, we aim to ensure the delivery of effective Human Resource strategies to attract, engage, develop and retain talent.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Functions as a business partner with business leaders and Global HR Strategic Business Partners to support critical business and organizational strategies, specifically focused on site creation phasing, ie. functional standup, site buildout and the establishment and multi-year growth plan and strategy.
Supports planning for the recruitment and hiring of a superior workforce through collaboration with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on innovative sourcing strategies, especially during the new Singapore site creation phase.
Develop company policies for the new manufacturing site and ensures the policies are communicated clearly and administered in compliance with all labour laws and reporting requirements. Supports company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal and government reporting requirements.
Supports the establishment and sustainment of talent management programs and processes including Performance Development Plans (P4G) & Employee Development plans (D4G) leadership development, acquisition of early talent, and diversity and inclusion.
Collaborates with leaders and managers to build and support employee engagement strategies that facilitate organizational performance and enable successful organizational change. Leads HR Site events and programs designed to increase employee engagement. Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Designs a strategy for the annual Engagement Survey, quarterly Town Halls, and periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement.
Coaches and trains managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them facilitating effective communication channels between leaders and associates.
Partners with process owners to explore opportunities to optimize activities utilizing continuous improvement processes (Transactional Process Improvement, Problem Solving Process, Value Stream Mapping, etc.). Acts as a change leader for improvements.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 12 to 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources area (Minimum 3 years of experience in HRBP for a MNC manufacturing organization
Employee Relations & Policies Management experience with blue-collar workers / Manufacturing related
Experience in engaging regional and global stakeholders in a matrix organization
Minimum 3 years of People leader experience
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Working experience in a manufacturing site especially from the initial phase is a strong plus
Semiconductor, Manufacturing, FMCG industries are preferred.
