A professional institute is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager, Rewards (Three-years contract) to join its organisation. About the Senior HR Manager, Rewards (Three-years contract) Role: Your key responsibility is to handle the implementation and administration of the rewards strategies and policies, which then enable to attract, retain and motivate employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Use HR analytics to help the HR team direct its resources more effectively to achieve the goals
Involved in the review, enhancement, and management of C&B programs, policies and procedures, ensuring market competitiveness and relevancy and developing C&B analytics and market intelligence and data
Support C&B reviews and analyses, such as market benchmarking
Manage rewards related surveys, vendors, benchmarks, job evaluations, administration of benefits programs and schemes
Acts as an advisor on C&B topics and capabilities
Prepare manpower and EOM reports and dashboards for Management, Board and MOE
Track the manpower budget and analyze the variance between budget and actual utilizations
To succeed in this Senior HR Manager, Rewards (Three-years contract) role, you must have relevant experience in C&B, payroll and performance management.
Key Requirements:
Qualified bachelor\'s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
Possesses strong analytical, communication and project management skills
Proficient in handling huge databases, and sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP HCM
Advance excel will be an added advantage
