Work with cross department to deliver HR solutions
Provide HR business partnering and support to respective department heads & managers
Provide HR advices to managers on Singapore employment regulations
Suggest improvement and value add activities to department heads for cost saving, productivity and efficiency
Drive and oversees all employee relations and employee engagement activities within the company
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and Industrial relation standards
Requirements:
Degree in HR
\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfGood employment law understanding
Experience in supporting performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting
Good communication skills and experience in healthcare/ community setting
