Job Description
Responsibilities
- \xef\xbb\xbfSupport in all HR operational duties including Recruitment, L&D, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefit matters
- Work with cross department to deliver HR solutions
- Provide HR business partnering and support to respective department heads & managers
- Provide HR advices to managers on Singapore employment regulations
- Suggest improvement and value add activities to department heads for cost saving, productivity and efficiency
- Drive and oversees all employee relations and employee engagement activities within the company
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and Industrial relation standards
Requirements:
- Degree in HR
- \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfGood employment law understanding
- Experience in supporting performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting
- Good communication skills and experience in healthcare/ community setting
