A Senior HRBP job has become available to join a dynamic team in Singapore, as part of a leading capital markets and investment group that provides global investors with insights, liquidity, and capital to drive their investment strategies. About the Senior HRBP Role:
As the Senior HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of HR for Southeast Asia. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of human resources including organisational design, workforce planning, reward and recognition schemes. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from selection to induction of new staff. Additionally, you will provide valuable advice on employment-related policies and handle employee relations issues. Your role will also involve participation in regular performance reviews and ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of HR - SEA in partnering with the business to ensure appropriate level of HR support and service is provided according to their business requirements in the South East Asia and Australia region
  • Provide HR support in organisational design, workforce planning, reward and recognition
  • Manage the recruitment, selection and induction of new staff
  • Be involved in terminations and exit procedures
  • Provide general policy advice on employment-related matters
  • Be a key contact for employee relations issues
  • Participate in regular performance review as well as ad hoc projects
To succeed in this Senior HRBP role, you must be a self-starter who thrives on taking initiative and working proactively within a team. Above all, you have strong internal stakeholder skills and be meticulous with an eye for detail.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of seven years of relevant HR business partnering experience
  • Degree qualified, ideally in human resources from banking and finance background
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, positive, proactive team player who is willing to take initiative
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills especially in Excel (formula/advanced spreadsheeting)
  • Client service-oriented with excellent command of English - written and verbal
