Your role will span across various aspects of the employee life cycle, from performance management to talent management. You will become a trusted partner within your client groups, building relationships at all levels of the business. Your expertise in organisational design will help improve departmental structures, processes, and workflows. You will also take an active role in recruitment processes, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team. Your commitment to cultivating our company\'s culture and values will be key in organising events for employee engagement.

  • Understand the business dynamics and support functional managers in decision-making processes
  • Deliver initiatives across the employee life cycle including performance management, talent management, and annual promotions
  • Build relationships at all levels of the business, influencing and coaching as necessary
  • Engage on issues of organisational design to improve departmental structure, process, and workflows
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters and lead on ER cases
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team in recruitment processes, from interviewing to onboarding
  • Work closely with HR Shared Service Centre and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure strategic functioning of the wider People Team
  • Organise events for employee engagement and cultivate company\'s culture and values across functions
What you bring:The ideal candidate for this Senior Human Resources Business Partner role brings proven experience from a fast-paced business partner role within a generalist capacity. You have a track record of leading and executing people-related projects, and are comfortable working closely with senior leaders, influencing and challenging when needed. Your commercial mindset and curiosity to understand more about the business will be key in this role. You are proactive, always looking for ways to improve existing systems and processes. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to develop relationships quickly. An in-depth knowledge of HR policies and practices is essential.
