Roles & Responsibilities Responsibility

• Oversee operations to give good result performance
• Analyzing market current scenario
• Attending meeting with client place to improve their admin work
• Work passes application processing
• Handling client management issues
• Monitoring client work pass application process by allotting to subordinates
• Managing the daily operations and revenue generation of the company and ensuring its continual growth

• Oversee the company financial performance, Investments

• Analyze problematic situation and occurrences and provide solution to ensure company survival and growth

• The candidate must need to complete CEI KAH certification Couse
• The candidate must need to bring more business for the company
• Need minimum 5 years’ experience in this field
• 5 days required to work per week (Saturday and Sunday candidate must need to work)
• Ready to work at rotational shift basis
• Based on customer requirements candidate must ready to work at any time
• Must have knowledge of handling various customers
• Must ready to handle customer pressures
• Must have knowledge in Employment agency operation and admin works
• MUST BE FINISH MASTER DEGREE
• CANDIDATE NEED TO GO OUTSIDE FOR MARKETING
• CANDIDATE NEED TO ACHIEVE TARGET ON MONTHLY AND QUARTELY BASIS
