Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Maintain employee records and personnel files in compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
Processing of monthly payroll including computation of commissions.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce.
Manage the performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
Administer employee benefits, including insurance, leave, and other entitlements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues fairly and promptly.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Timesoft payroll system is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
