Collaborate closely with hiring managers on the end-to-end recruitment cycle to understand their hiring needs and recruit the right talents
Manage and ensure smooth on-boarding process for new-hires
Partner and manage existing recruitment agencies to deliver expected recruitment services
Identify and develop new recruitment channels (including social media) to ensure sustainable pool of talents while reviewing effectiveness of existing recruitment channels
Review and rejuvenate existing recruitment promotional materials and efforts
Assist in the development and communication of compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to internal and external stakeholders
Execute and review existing talent acquisitions initiatives
Update and prepare recruitment metrics reports
Requirements
Degree in HR / Management / Marketing or related fields
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
