Responsibilities:
Recruitment of staff until onboarding (i.e. including but not limited to interview screening and induction)
Maintain accurate HR database records and update employee records
Maintain an effective document control and filing system
Support and structure employee learning and development
Review and implement employee performance plan
Ensure all appraisal and confirmation are done by the respective managers on time
Handle work pass for foreign workers in compliance with statutory regulations
Check daily attendance
Check monthly staff claims and staff attendance for payroll processing
Process payroll monthly/bi-monthly
Prepare HR related letters and memos
Manage employee related issues
Review, suggest and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle renewal of company certifications and licenses
Handle all monthly maintenance (e.g. aircon, air purifier, copier, etc.)
Monitor and Handle issurance of company\xe2\x80\x99s IT assets
Handle maintenance of factory premises and upkeeping of equipment
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent in HR discipline
At least 3 years of working experience in HR related field with experience in payroll
Well versed with Singapore Employment Laws
Preferably experience in manufacturing industry
Able to communicate and interact with all level of staff
