Manage full spectrum of the human resource functions and administration of the organisation.
Develop and manage the recruitment process inclusive of specific selection criteria, interviewing, orientation and exit interview.
Drive programs to enhance retention rates and motivate employees.
Conduct regular market salary survey to ensure competitiveness.
Identify training needs and formulate the organisation\'s learning, career and talent development as well as succession planning.
Drive and implement key exercises including annual performance management, salary review and manage compensation and benefits programs.
Formulate and develop best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of HR functions.
Ensure organisation policies and procedures operate in an effective and efficient manner in accordance with the strategic plan and corporate objectives.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or related discipline
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
