Job Overview

You will partner with senior business leaders to align HR strategies with corporate goals, strengthen talent pipelines, and enhance employee engagement across both manufacturing and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations Leadership:

Lead and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.

Strategic Workforce Planning:

Partner with leadership to design and implement strategic workforce plans aligned with business objectives.

Talent Management:

Develop and execute effective talent management, succession planning, and employee retention strategies.

HR Transformation:

Drive HR transformation initiatives, including process digitalization and the implementation of data-driven HR reporting.

Cost Optimization & Budgeting:

Provide expert guidance on manpower cost optimization and effective budgeting.

Industrial Relations:

Manage industrial relations, employee communication, and grievance handling processes.

Team Leadership & Coaching:

Lead and coach a team of HR executives and business partners, fostering their growth and development.

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a managerial or business partner role. Proven experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or an industrial environment is highly preferred. Strong command of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM guidelines, and current HR best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a definite advantage.
