Company Overview:Our Client is one of the largest contract manufacturers of electronics in the world. They are currently looking for a Senior HR Executive to join their team!Responsibilities:As a member of the Human Resources Team, you will play an integral role in providing HR support to the organizational across the various spectrum of HR functions.Key responsibilities include:
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Process payroll and generate reports.
- Verify expenses and allowances.
- Handle payroll documentation and filings.
- Manage employee performance and welfare programs.
- Insurance:
- Update employees on insurance matters.
- Submit insurance claims and reports.
- Recruitment & Selection:
- Assist in Work Pass matters and onboarding/offboarding.
- Training & Development:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and support L&D initiatives.
- Shared Services:
- Maintain HRIS accuracy and ensure compliance.
- Assist with reports and administrative tasks.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees.
- Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
- Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources, or related fields with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with initiative and adaptability.
