Senior HR Executive x 2 Location : East * Manage full spectrum of HR functions including strategic Human resource development, Recruitment & Selection, Pay roll, Compensation & Be Senior HR Executive x 2 Location : East Manage full spectrum of HR functions including strategic Human resource development, Recruitment & Selection, Pay roll , Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, process and compliance, handle of Grievances and Exit procedures. Good knowledge in Construction sectors Labour Law & Regulation Conduct interviews and on-boarding process for new hirer/staff. Initiate plans and activities for cohesive working environment Maintain records with systematic filing and retrieval system with personal data protection. Preparation of HR reports to management Job Requirements . Minimum 3 years of HR experience in construction industry. . Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business Management . Good knowledge of MOM guidelines and Employment Laws. . Familiar with MOM portal and HR various e-services
