Job Description

Overview Senior Infrastructure Engineer plays a key role in maintaining the system sustainability for critical payment systems operated in Singapore. Incumbent communicates with project manager and also customers as well and manages the systems with utilizing the expertise of software/system knowledge and experiences.

There will be a good chance if you are willing to have the knowledge/skill about IT infra structure in the banking domain and the system architecture. In technical perspective, you can learn the major software in banking domain as well.

s:

• Responsible in performing system maintenance for FAST system. (Investigation, Fixing, Testing, Module release)
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
• Understand the existing FAST system (e.g. GIRO G3/FAST, Internal remittance etc).
• Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Able to understand the requirement for any change request.
• Discuss with the customer and development team and fix agreement on the direction and specification.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience of System implementation from scratch.
• Experience of making design specs (e.g. Basic design document, Technical spec document).
• Experience in Test Spec, Execution and troubleshooting for banking remittance system.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Windows Server, Windows Failover Cluster, MS SQL Server, T-SQL, BizTalk Server, Powershell.
• Remittance system in banking domain.
• Experience of involvement in FAST related system in the bank.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of GIRO G3/FAST.
• Have prior experience of involvement in FAST related system in the bank.
• RHEL, WebSphere MQ, IBM Connect: Direct, Veritas Cluster Server.
