Lead Infrastructure Engineer, Infrastructure Architecture & Service Mgt

Responsibilities

Must have Windows Server 2016 experience.

Troubleshoot every escalated case from L1 & L2 Teams and check the opportunity to restore the service or give an acceptable workaround in order to meet the immediate business needs
Analyze and fix Problem tickets, provide the RCA Report and solution/work around to the Business.
Manage Projects and deliver projects on time
maintain documents to be up to date on the current technologies used within the infrastructure. Should be able to act based on defined documentations and keep the infrastructure up to date
Handle server and application support teams and provide accurate information for quick restoration of service
Capacity and Availability Management
Backup, SAN and NAS management
Automation for patch management and security compliances
IT service management Process management
Adhoc task based on operational/project requirement
Always look for the service improvements either with Technology or Process changes
Create/Update Technical or Process Work Instructions and KEDB for L2 and L3 Team
Vendor management and case escalations
Work with management on individual and team wide progress and improvements
Application supports
Work in General shift and provide Out of Office Hour support, support onside in case of escalations.
Support BAU operation and Projects
Support common services as part of infrastructure management
Security compliances
