This role requires the employee to manage a team of Internal Sales Coordinators through the implementation of efficient processes and policies pertaining to the entire process of order fulfilment
Motivate, coach and mentor team members to deliver optimal
results through established and/or new processes; responsible for evaluating team performance and provide recommendations to the Head of Sales.
Projects Order Fulfilment - Ensure that there are sufficient resource(s) to support key projects order fulfilment; be responsible for the efficiency of projects order fulfilment
Requirement
Aptitude to manage a team
Competent in SAP system
Process-oriented mindset with the desire to improve processes that will drive the performance of the internal sales team
Customer-oriented mindset whilst maintaining the interests of the company
Able to communicate clearly with the team especially on expected KPIs
Ensure that all initiatives are successfully implemented
Accept responsibilities with positive attitude, is reliable , responsible and dependable, fulfilling obligations
