What the role is:Senior Instructor (LEAD)What you will be working on:

• Identify, design and organise leadership programmes for students, including leading students on overseas trips.
• Facilitate learning and engagement of high academic achievers and student leaders in areas of personal and leadership development.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external partners, vendors, and government organisations on student leadership programmes and CCA groups.
• Administration of student leadership programmes and CCA groups including procurement of contracts, student recruitment and publicity.
• Ability to conduct programme data analysis to identify and bridge competency gaps.
• Ability to utilize or engage vendors to utilise digitalization tools to supplement student engagement and interaction beyond the classroom.
• Provide care, guidance, and mentorship to students on personal and leadership development.
• Support Poly-wide activities such as Freshmen Orientation and National Day Celebrations, to drive campus vibrancy.
• Manage CCA groups and act as liaison between students, coaches, schools and other key partners and stakeholders e.g. POL-ITE, IVP, MOE schools.
• Supervise, develop and mentor students leaders.
• Able to travel overseas and work beyond office hours when required.
• Perform any other duties as required by the Department.

What we are looking for:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in student leadership development and/or organising student leadership programmes.
• Well informed in student development methodology and contemporary issues to better engage high academic achievers and student leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication (written and spoken) skills.
• A team player who is resourceful and analytical with strong administrative and event management skills.
• IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in graphic design and video editing tools, such as Canva and Adobe, would be an advantage.
• Familiar with creative content creation on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
