Job Description
What the role is:Senior Lecturer/Lecturer/Lead Instructor/Senior Instructor (TP-LTTC)What you will be working on:
- Prepare and deliver knowledge and practical training to pre-employment students (PET) and working adults (CET & WSP) from the aerospace cluster in accordance with prescribed training curriculum and in compliance with regulatory requirements where applicable.
- Participate in training needs analysis, review of training curriculum and/or development of new training from time to time
- Prepare and improve of training materials, design of assessment to ensure industry relevance and achievement of learning outcomes
- Maintain and manage utilization of all training facilities, resources and equipment efficiently in the conduct of training
- Other task and responsibilities that may be assigned where appropriate
- Qualification in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on work experience in commercial aircraft airframe/engine systems, either at the hangar or workshop level
- Preference will be given to candidates who possess Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) in Airframe/Engine (B1) trade with at least 3 years of experience in base and/or line maintenance, and those with good trouble-shooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with diversity of trainee profiles from pre-employment students to working adults.
