Senior Instrument Engineer requires solid technical hands-on skillset, provides support to Sales team for all the bidding projects and prepares FAT & SAT procedures and take the lead in conduction internal and external FAT. My client is an instrument company focusing on instrument solution for refinery and petrochemical process, with setup in Singapore, Malaysia, China, & Thailand. Responsibilities: Provides support to Sales team for all the bidding projects. Reviews tender and project specifications and highlight technical queries or deviations. Performs detailed engineering, including preparation of engineering documents and data sheets in accordance with the submission schedule. Attend to all technical clarifications for Users requirements. Preparing purchase specification documents in accordance with users' requirements for all instrument items. Assists in procuring instruments in accordance with users' requirements. Reviews and approves vendor's documentation and drawings to ensure conformance to Users requirements. Prepares FAT & SAT procedures and take the lead in conduction internal and external FAT. Documentation & compilation for Project Documentation. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Instrument/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. 2-3 years' experience in process instrumentation in oil & gas downstream.
