Responsibilities

Organize and manage sales inquiries in collaboration with the director.
At most, six to eight projects can be worked on at once.
Create a design proposal or moodboard based on the homeowners\' specifications.
2D spatial plans have layouts that have been created.
Make BQ quotations.
For at least five years, single-family homes and condominiums will be built.
Be clear in your communications with vendors to ensure that you can meet the client\'s needs.
Work with the project manager to ensure that the entire onsite project is finished.
Work together with suppliers to plan for the best on-site work you can provide.
When choosing materials, accessories, and furniture from the businesses listed, if necessary, go with the customer.
Maintain friendly relations with all reputable insurance companies.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
