Responsibilities

Coordinate the management of sales inquiries with the director.
Oversee no fewer than 6 to 8 projects at once.
Recognize the needs of the homeowners and prepare a design proposal or mood board.
Creating layouts for 2D spatial plans.
Write down BQ quotes.
Effectively communicate with clients and vendors to meet their needs.
Assist the project manager in completing the onsite project completely.
Work together with vendors to guarantee the best onsite work delivery.
When necessary, accompany the client to the specified vendors to make material, accessory, and furniture selections.
Work together with the 3D team and internal drafter.
Conduct research and cite references to confirm the suitability of materials and products.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
