Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

Develop

creative and personalized interior design concepts, including space planning, layouts, materials, and finishes, that align with client needs and aesthetics.

Manage

projects from design inception to completion, ensuring delivery within timelines, budgets, and required quality standards.

Coordinate

and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and site progress.

Conduct

site visits regularly to monitor construction, resolve issues, and maintain design integrity throughout the project.

Provide

design proposals, presentations, and budgeting advice during pre-sales, and ensure client satisfaction through effective post-sales follow-up.

Collaborate

with the sales team and

Mentor

junior designers by offering creative direction, feedback, and support to maintain quality and deadlines.

Take on

leadership responsibilities, including guiding the design team and handling managerial duties where required.

Requirements

Degree in Interior Design or equivalent. 3-4 years of relevant experience in interior design (residential, hospitality, landed, or commercial projects preferred). Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of space planning, material selection, and project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Sales-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets and support business growth. Skilled in technical drawings and freehand sketches.
