The Role:

We are seeking an

experienced and visionary Senior Interior Designer

to join our award-winning studio. In this senior position, you will oversee the

entire design journey

--from concept ideation, creative storytelling through to technical delivery + flawless execution. You will collaborate closely with our

Creative Director, senior leadership team, clients, consultants, and internal teams

to craft

world-class luxury environments

across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. This role demands a strong balance of

creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills

inspire, junior designers

within a fast-paced, design-led studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization, design development: residential, hospitality, and commercial Create and present design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E selections that align with client vision and brand standards. Create, produce, management of detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp, FIGMA, PPT and Illustrator. Guide and review the work of drafters and junior designers, ensuring design intent is carried through all stages. Manage client presentations, stakeholder communication, and project meetings with confidence and clarity. Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Conduct site visits and inspections, resolving design-related issues to maintain excellence throughout execution. Source and request samples from vendors as per design requirements. Assist in maintaining and updating the material library. Reach out to new vendors and build a reliable supplier database. Compare materials, prices, and specifications to advise on material selection. Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), specifications, and schedules for FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment), finishes, and fit-outs. Coordinate with the quantity surveyor and procurement team (if applicable) to ensure accurate estimation and sourcing.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience

in Interior Design,

Architecture

Strong portfolio of luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial projects. Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, FIGMA, Photoshop, Illustrator, Power Point, Excel Exceptional skills in concept development, space planning, FF&E selection, and material specification. Excellent project management, presentation, and client communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to balance creative vision and technical precision.
