Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process: conceptualisation, space planning, schematic design, design development, and detailing. Prepare and present mood boards, material & finish selections, furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) palettes to clients. Develop and produce presentation drawings, floor plans, elevations, 3D visualisations, renderings, sample boards. Prepare technical drawings, specifications, construction / joinery details and construction documentation. Manage project timeline, budgets, resource allocation; monitor milestones; coordinate with contractors and consultants. Oversee site visits, supervise installation, ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications. Attend client meetings; translate client brief into design deliverables; manage client expectations. Mentor junior designers; provide feedback; review their work. Source materials, furniture, finishes; maintain vendor/supplier relationships; stay informed of new products and trends. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and any sustainable design practices. * Assist in procurement of contracts, vendor quotes, and cost estimation as needed.
