Responsiblilities

Lead design and creativity on projects, overseeing everything from concept and space planning to development and presentation, ensuring high-quality results with minimal supervision. Proactively gather and share external inspiration and references to enhance creative design solutions. Conduct site visits, take measurements, respond to design needs, and create layout plans while selecting appropriate materials. Manage project communication by coordinating with design teams, clients, construction, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring all meetings are well-documented. Develop and submit accurate, timely design proposals for projects. Showcase a strong understanding of materials, their applications, and how they are presented. Ensure projects are completed successfully within agreed timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design Excellent communication skill(s) including both written and oral (to be able to communicate efficiently with clients, consultants and contractors to produce concept design, space planning and presentation) Persuasive & influential to acquire best value from vendors * Responsive and proactive and have real passion
