Retail Store Design
Handle various project design phases, from understanding mall plan, design proposal, coordination with contractors/project managers to project completion
Produce concept design, space planning and presentation slides
Assist in tender documentation and detailed drawings
Ensure site compliance with design specifications and building regulations
Work with Store Design Manager on building codes, by-laws, mall and site requirements
Develop new strategies or solutions to achieve time quality and budget milestones
Other related ad hoc duties as assigned
To be meticulous in the checking of drawings in accordance to prior standards
Research & Design
Research and propose of new layout, design and fixtures
Research and propose of new materials
