Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute on capital market required disclosure and regulatory interactions
• Help prepare the company’s press releases and financial filings and coordinate with our legal team to strategize the best release timing of our news and announcement among two listing exchanges
• Develop an ongoing IR strategy for our China-based investors and manage different platforms for investor engagement
• Coordinate across functional teams, such as finance, legal, commercial to gather information in preparation for quarterly earnings and executive presentations
• Maintain existing IR presentation materials and develop new materials as needed
• Help prepare and execute all IR activities
• Analyze the business landscape and trend of the industry, providing updates of the company on strategic positioning and business development to investors through creation of FAQs or other ad hoc projects

Job Requirement

• 8 - 10 years of experience in investor relations or experience on the buy or sell-side, Previous experience for top hotel management will be strongly preferred
• Master’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
• An MBA and or CFA are a plus
• Knowledge in the overall Nasdaq market
• Familiar with Chinese capital market is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, such as an ability to draft engaging and concise messages for investor presentations
• Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
• Working experience in FS industry in Greater China is a must
