Job Description

• Position: IT Infra Engineer

• Employment Type: Permanent

• Location: Changi Business Park

• Mode of work: Hybrid
  

Chartered transport available from Bukit Panjang, Jurong East, Yishun and Sengkang.

Responsibilities:

• Design, plan and implement network infrastructure to meet the organization\'s business needs.
• Monitor and maintain network performance and security, including firewalls, switches, routers etc.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage devices, and other hardware and software systems.
• Manage the organization\'s backup and disaster recovery systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for IT infrastructure, such as OSPAR.
• Manage the deployment and maintenance of virtualization and cloud technologies, such as VMware, Azure etc.
• Work with vendors and IT team to resolve complex issues and implement new solutions.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the reliability and security of the IT infrastructure.
• Train and mentor junior IT staff and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in IT with min. 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and engineering
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and switches
• Proficiency in server and storage hardware, including Dell, HP
• Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies, such as VMware, AWS, and Azure
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery systems and procedures
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus.
