They are seeking a skilled Senior IT Specialist for TMS to provide technical leadership for Logistics projects in the IT Logistics division. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Logistics projects\xe2\x80\x99 technical success.
• Translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.
• Lead solution design, development, and testing phases for new projects and enhancements
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Oversee user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support.
• Engage IT management for effective issue resolution.
• Play a pivotal role in delivering timely and cost-effective IT solutions.
• Shape the customer implementation and enhancement expense budget.
• Collaborate with cutting-edge technology and diverse professionals.
• Support Manager in SLA and AMS management for outsourced vendors

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years in transportation, information technology, or systems engineering
• Proficiency in business analysis, solution design, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong knowledge of OTM, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Proven ability to convert business needs into functional requirements.
• Expertise in diverse SDLC phases and process improvement
• Exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Demonstrated success in project management and team collaboration.
