Description:
Assist IT Service Delivery Specialists and Analyst in resolving complex IT Infrastructure issues
PC format/setup and data transfer
Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure systems and data access
Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure asset management including Hardware lifecycle management (Request for quotation, comparison, purchase, deployment, scrap, and disposal) and SW licensing
Support the appropriate level of service for a centrally provided and maintained IT Infrastructure for: servers, clients, printers, and other standardized peripherals, data communication (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN access, and required components), IPT phone (local and remote)
Act as a local point for all IT issues (Infrastructure and Application)
Establish good working relationships with users and other sources of support and assistance
Follow and enforce company policies regarding IT management, security, standards, and procedures
Planning and proposing IT investment for each IT part (PC / Network / Server / Security / IT Service)
PC and IT hardware and software maintenance: Setup / Configuration / Troubleshoot 1st Level S upport for MIS, groupware, SAP
Conference Support: Knox Meeting / AV system / VC Support
Monitoring Server status: H/W, S/W, DISK 13. Update Server S/W (Win Update, V3 Update, Prevent the risk case)
Active Directory Server: Global and Local AD User Management, Password Management
Security Solution Management
Direct contact via phone/Knox messenger/email to SDS for on-site IT support
Hard disk wiping service for scrap/disposal PCs to prevent data leak
Tracing of network cable and switch for PC network issues
Monitoring and blocking of virus/malware in office (network traffic monitoring)
Assist in building annual or ad-hoc power shutdown
Support to shutdown / turn on devices, test for normal office working environment
Minimum Requirements:
Able to speak English and Chinese (Bilingual)
Malaysian are welcome
Minimum have 4 years of working experience and above
Familiarity with common software applications and hardware configurations
Strong communication skills to effectively assist end-users
A willingness to learn and adapt to our existing IT infrastructure
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to $3,700.00 per month
