Responsibilities:

• Supporting users in multi-region environments & worldwide teams.
• Managing users and permissions of cloud based products.
• Office network management, configuration and support.
• Mastering, deploying and supporting the latest technologies.
• Onboarding and offboarding process.
• Managing computers and peripheral equipment.

• At least 5 years experience in the IT industry, and at least 3 years in a cloud based environment .
• At least 2 years experience in customer facing roles.
• Hands - on experience with networking equipment such as FW, AP, Switches, and good understanding of basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN
• Experience with Networking, design and configuration.
• Fast learner and independent.
• Excellent understanding of computer systems and hands-on experience with installing and maintaining peripheral equipment.
• Experience supporting Mac’s
• Familiarity with G suite.
• Basic scripting skills (Powershell, Bash or Python) – advantage
• Fluent English - Must!
