Entity: Turbine Overhaul Services Pte Ltd (TOS).

Location: No. 5 Tuas Drive 2, Singapore 638639 (Island-wide company transport is provided).

Responsibilities

Work directly with the users to troubleshoot core applications including SAP/MES requests or issues.

Work closely with local functional teams and Corporate IT on systems improvement initiatives.

Analyze, document process flow, functional requirements, and change request, translate user requirements into feasible solutions.

Analyze, document and prioritize business requirements in cooperation with key users, process owners and business leaders on core application system enhancement.

Facilitate and/or participate in requirements gathering sessions with the key user groups and to review the current business process to propose changes as deemed necessary.

Work closely with the process owners to design and improve business processes.

Work with key user to develop detailed test plan for unit, integration, data conversion, and acceptance testing. Provide user training where necessary.

Organize and participate in project meetings, providing status update of the action items.

Involve in Smart Factory, Business Analytics or Robotic Process Automation projects and implementation.

Involve in regular SOX, Digital Technology compliance review and IT audit where necessary.

Recommend IT controls by identifying problems and writing improvement procedures.

Requirements

Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 Degree with a major in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Minimum 6 years experience in SAP system supporting role ideally in Manufacturing or Aerospace MRO environment.

Good understanding of business processes with relevant ERP implementation and analysis.

Proficiency in SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) or Solumina (Production/shop floor MES) or other relevant ERP/MES business analysis experiences.

Hands-on experience in MS Access SQL, Qlik sense or Power BI development is preferred.

Good communication skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders when required.

Possess digital technology, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exposure to industrial automation or RPA technology is a plus.
