RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the Digital Technology Team, Vendors and Customer Stakeholders
• Manage the Compliances and IT Vulnerabilities according to the policy spell out on Pratt & Whitney and RTX Digital Technology Policy.
• Involve in regular SOX, Digital Technology compliance review and IT audit where necessary
• Perform Pratt & Whitney and RTX system rollout adaption and support local BU as 1st Level Support.
• Monitor all IT related infrastructure (Software, Servers, Storage, Switches, WIFI, VOIP system and PCs) and proposed to change according to the need of the BU/Propose on the IT roadmap.
• Facilitate and/or participate in requirements gathering sessions with the key user groups and to review the current business project to propose changes as deemed necessary
• Review all IT related purchases and project that might impact the policy.
• Support Architecture Review and Authorise of Operate compliance process from Global.
• Involve in Smart Factory, Business Analytics or Robotic Process Automation projects and implementation.
• Lead an electrical shutdown exercise
• Recommend IT controls by identifying problems and writing improvement procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 degree with a major in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of infrastructure devices (Software, Servers, Storage, Switches, WIFI, VOIP system and PCs) with implementation/deployment management skill.
• Good understanding of business processes with relevant application implementation and analysis.
• Good communication skills and ability to influence multiple stakeholders when required.
• Possess digital technology, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to industrial automation or RPA technology is a plus.

ADVANTAGEOUS

• Proficiency in SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) or Solumina (Production/shop floor MES) or other relevant ERP/MES business analysis experiences.
• Experience in SAP system supporting role is preferred.ITIL Certified.
• Supervise Construction Work for WSH Certified.
• Hands-on experience in MS access SQL, Qlik or Power BI development is preferred.
• Work experience ideally in Manufacturing or Aerospace MRO environment.
• Work directly with the users to troubleshoot core applications including SAP/MES requests or issues.
• Work with ERP Team in US as SAP Focal for Security Role assignment and assist in SAP issues.
• Analyse, document and prioritize business requirements in cooperation with key users, process owners and business leaders on core application system enhancement.
• Have experience in the Vulnerability Scan report and rectification.
