Job Responsibilities * Act as a Finance Business Partner to provide financial advice and support to our Business Units * Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management performance reports for the Business Units * Job Responsibilities Act as a Finance Business Partner to provide financial advice and support to our Business Units Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management performance reports for the Business Units Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the Business Units Participate in the Annual Budgeting and Monthly Forecasting processes Assist to drive process improvements and recommend internal controls to be put in place Operational engagements and management of key stakeholders Ensure timely month-end closing and reporting, including identifying any unusual transactions and movements of account balances. Prepare and reconcile schedules on all balance sheet & operating expenses Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Manage and mentor the finance team, allocate resources to meet deadline and deliver results. Perform other duties as assigned or required, including adhoc projects Job Requirements Degree in Accountancy, Finance or other professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in a similar capacity with 2 years in a supervisory/ analyst role. Hospitality experience will be highly advantageous Previous experience in a similar capacity in a large organization or in a voluminous hospitality industry is preferred. Strong written and spoken communication skills Experience in delivering changes, system enhancements, business process improvements and managing a non-finance function will be an added advantage.
