Act as the primary communication liaison between key customers and internal teams.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Distribution teams to achieve targeted results in the market.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major customers to enhance brand loyalty and competitiveness.
Oversee sales and operations across the entire Modern Trade (MT) Channel.
Liaise with customers on sales, promotional activities, and stock status to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Creation and Submission of new product listing, promotion or relevant information to retailers as needed.
Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to execute Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) promotional activities.
Manage Sales and Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets to ensure promotional expenses stay within allocated limits.
Ensure flawless execution of all trade programs as per planned strategies.
Develop and implement account strategies for key customers based on thorough understanding of their needs and proposing solutions that align with both company and customer objectives.
Conduct market and store visits to gather insights and support sales strategies.
Requirements:
Degree preferably in Business/Marketing or relevant field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in key account management.
Preferably experience in Modern Trade (Supermarkets).
