Handle and prepare product specifications according to client or project requirements
Work closely with main contractors, architects, consultants, and developers to get products specified into projects
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning
Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with key clients and prospective customers
Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction
Monitor project pipelines and coordinate with internal teams for product delivery and technical support
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Sales & Marketing)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales industry, preferably in a Key Account Manager or Technical Sales role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client relationships
Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with professionals and site personnel
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to support reporting and presentation needs
