Senior Kitchen Officer / Kitchen Manager / Head Chef
Job Description
Nono's (by Classic Confections), sister company of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is looking for a Senior Kitchen Officer or equivalent to Kitchen Manager or Head Chef.REQUIREMENTS:1. Knowledge and exposure in PNL Reports, Food Costing.
2. Experienced in R&D (Menu creation) is an advantage but not a requirement.WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:1. Must have at least 3 years working experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar supervisory role
2. Knowledgeable in product pricing and costing
3. Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
4. Well organized and detail-oriented
5. Proficient in Google applications and Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
6. Willing to work in Quezon City / Ortigas, PodiumWEBSITE: nonos.ph
