KITCHEN
- Head Chef
- Assistant Tempura Chef
- Assistant Cook
- Over 10 years relevant experience in the area of Japanese fine dining restaurant;
- At least 5 years in the position of head chef;
- Able to maintain high standard of food quality;
- Take full responsibility for food menu development;
- Capable to support every team in the kitchen of Mizuki, such as Tempura and Sushi session.
Position 2
- Over 10 years relevant experience in the area of Japanese fine dining restaurant;
- At least 5 years working experience in the senior position;
- Able to maintain high standard of food quality;
- Capable to support every team in the kitchen of Mizuki.
Position 3
- At least 5 years relevant experience in the area of Japanese fine dining restaurant;
- Able to support every team in the kitchen of Mizuki, such as Tempura session, Sushi session.
- Able to maintain high standard of food quality;
- Take full responsibility for food menu development with the head chef;
- Assist the Senior Manager and Restaurant Manager to support and manage the entire service team of Mizuki.
