The Senior Laboratory Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results, contributing to the overall success of the company's testing services. Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and quality of results. Prepare and test samples, ensuring proper handling, labelling, and documentation throughout the testing process. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring all instruments are in good working condition and adhere to quality standards. Record and interpret data, compiling test results into clear and concise reports for internal and external use. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, laboratory regulations, and industry standards to maintain a safe and organized working environment. Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods and procedures to enhance laboratory capabilities and efficiency. Collaborate with other laboratory personnel and departments to support project requirements and achieve shared objectives. Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the laboratory. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients, providing updates on test progress, results, and any issues encountered. Stay current with advancements in laboratory technology and industry trends, applying new knowledge and techniques to improve laboratory operations. * Must be able to work on a shift pattern.
