We are looking for Senior Landscape Architect to join our global design community. As our Senior Landscape Architect you will be part of an interdisciplinary studio with landscape architecture, urban design and urban hydrology expertise, working on sustainable projects worldwide. We have delivered innovative and sustainable design solutions for a wide range of developments through our multidisciplinary expertise in master planning, urban design, and landscape architecture.It is our ambition to pioneer sustainable change through our work. From water sensitive urban design masterplans, concert halls and university buildings, public parks, biodiversity enhancement and restoration nature parks, headquarters, and sustainable housing, you will be a part of an organization with a creative culture and history of delivering award-winning architecture.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Lead a project team of architects / landscape architects / designers within a landscape architectural studioDeliver quality design for landscape architectural projects within the allocated resource and timeContribute to the growth and the people in the companyManage contractors and sub-consultants engaged to co-deliver projectsProduce landscape architectural work from concept to implementation in accordance to clients\' requirements and aspirations for their projectsPrepare design studies and produce design in various formats such as sketches, drawings, 3D digital studies, models etc.Prepare and produce design presentations in various formats including PowerPoint, posters etc.Work with suppliers to select, prepare material, equipment, and their specifications to support the project design intentManage the construction and implementation of projectsDevelop detailed design and produce detailed drawings and specifications for tender and for contractors to follow for construction purposesManage the construction and implementation of projectsQualificationsWhat are we looking for?Degree in Landscape ArchitectureMinimum 5 years of landscape architectural/ urban design/ planning practiceTeam and project management skillsOutstanding portfolio of work with good design capability and creativityA flair for design and good knowledge of global projectsProficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, 3D visualization programs like Rhino and Adobe, Microsoft Office and other commonly used software applications2 to 5 years of site implementation experience will be of advantagePersonal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: Working under limited supervision of other professionals in the area for non-routine work. He / She should lead and solve tasks directly linked to landscape architecture projects.
