Our Client:
It is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister\'s Office. The central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service. It brings together public service officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them opportunities to plug into a service-wide network to exchange views, build shared ethos and perspectives, creating a rich environment for dialogue, knowledge sharing and learning. Through their programmes and services, the organisation aims to build commitment and strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management for the Singapore Public Service.

Overview:
We are looking for a Senior / Lead Consultant to design, develop and steward the organisation\'s customer journeys and processes in the organisation\'s service blueprint.

Job Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Design, develop and steward the organisation\'s customer journeys and processes in the organisation\'s service blueprint
\xef\x82\xb7 Conceptualise and re-design policies and processes, working with departments and ICT, in order to implement the new service blueprint and improve internal effectiveness and efficiency
\xef\x82\xb7 Design, develop and recommend concept of operations in support of the organisation\'sservices
\xef\x82\xb7 Conceptualise product vision, development roadmap, high level user requirements and user stories for new IT projects
\xef\x82\xb7 Facilitate collaboration and efficiency across project teams

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum degree in any relevant discipline.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experienced and skilled in Human Centred Design, Business Process Re-engineering / Improvement, Agile and SCRUM methodology
\xef\x82\xb7 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience in either operations work, managing digital projects
\xef\x82\xb7 Possess initiative and drive, resilient, resourceful and able to work independently
\xef\x82\xb7 Possess strong analytical and communication skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to take a systems-perspective
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong EQ/interpersonal awareness, political sensitivity and situational awareness; able to work collaboratively and effectively engage with and influence stakeholders
\xef\x82\xb7 Self-aware, curious, humble and strong learning orientation
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work
\xef\x82\xb7 Project management skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Facilitation, negotiation, stakeholder management
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience developing and implementing systems projects
