Your new job includes

  • reinforce learning initiatives related to onboarding, brand education, sales readiness, customer experience and Leadership development, coaching and mentoring, and other learning strategies, as required.
  • support in creating and executing learning and development initiatives in our business to build competence and drive accountability.
  • develop training materials including workshop notes, playbooks as well as support materials and facilitate face to face and virtual training sessions to support the learning and development needs of our Team Members.
  • collaborate closely with the Global Learning and Development Team in our Headquarters to create and deliver contents aligned with the Global Strategy and Guidelines.
  • support the Heinemann Academy in reviewing and analysing trends to support decision making, while also managing internal communication platforms.
  • measure progress and provide insights about learners, teams and organisational capability gaps.

What you should bring along
  • A Degree in Human Resources with solid Human Resources Generalist knowledge, particularly in the facets of Learning and Development as well as proven experience within the Retail, Hospitality or FMCG industry within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Certified in one or more personality and/or leadership assessment tools such as Insights Discovery Practitioner, MBTI, CPI, Hogan, 360.
  • Excellent command of the verbal and written English language with a flexibility to adapt communication style of a diverse audience.
  • Proficient in using digital learning technologies such as Articulate 360, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Slido, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Prezi, and others.
  • A strong knowledge of learning and development trends as well as the local government regulations and support available.
  • A pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to coach, develop, multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
